Summary


As a marketing executive in a real estate company, your role revolves around promoting properties, attracting potential buyers or tenants, and enhancing the brand image of the company.

Your responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry, conducting market research to identify target demographics and trends, creating compelling property listings and advertisements, and managing online and offline marketing campaigns.

Staying updated on local real estate market conditions, competitor activities, and industry regulations is crucial.

Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans tailored to specific properties or projects, considering target demographics, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Property Marketing: Coordinate the marketing of properties including residential, commercial, and land developments. This includes creating property listings, brochures, virtual tours, and other promotional materials.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, provide support for lead generation, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and communications, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies, photographers, videographers, and printers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills:

1-Bachelor's degree

2-Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

3-Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.

4-Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

5-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6-Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.

7-Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.

8-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

9-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


Experience:


  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- marketing executive: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Abu Dhabi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
