What You Will Do


We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager, ELV Systems to be responsible for securing ELV installation (Surveillance, Access Control, Gate Barriers and other related IT Security Services) projects across defined verticals by developing and strengthening relationships with high value clientele.


This is a techno-commercial role and will require expertise in cultivating both new customer opportunities and strengthening existing customer partnerships with existing commercial accounts.

This role will report directly to the CEO.


Specific roles and responsibilities include:

  • Business Development Manager:_
  • Specialize in growing customer verticals within commercial Surveillance, Access Control, Gate Barriers and IT Security Products and Services.
  • Lead the sales cycle and company relationships as well as carrying out building surveys and system design with innovation and adaptability.
  • Identify the need for new security technology solutions; designs, reviews, and collaborates on the deployment of new solutions
  • Interact with systems vendors to negotiate contract bids and awards
  • In close collaboration with the CEO, work with key contacts in the Government, Retail, Real Estate, and Hospitality sectors, building opportunities to bid on projects and present technical information to board level.
  • Technical:_
  • Draft documentation of new, existing or extended electronic security systems
  • Review, evaluate and update drawings and product submittals, prepare technical specifications for installation methods and components
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the implementation and capabilities of existing security controls
  • Play an integral role in the systems integration process, acting as the primary point of contact between the systems vendor, the project team, and the client tonsure a successful implementation
  • Oversee a team of inhouse ELV Technicians and outsourced Technicians to deliver complex implementation projects in a commercially beneficial and timely manner

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales Experience in the UAE with a minimum of 3 years of Sales/Consulting Experience in the physical and information security industry
  • Previous success in account management, with a demonstrable ability to provide customerdriven solutions, support or service
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and technical writing skills
  • Ability to achieve all budgeted commercial sales targets set by management
  • Salesdriven mindset and experience building cline trelationships
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
