Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business and maximizing sales revenue


Your responsibilities will include:

Building Broker Networks:

Develop and nurture a strong network of local and international brokers to enhance our market reach and business opportunities.


Sales Target Achievement:

Work diligently to achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently striving to make a significant impact on our sales performance.


Client Engagement:
Meet with prospective clients interested in properties, providing them with compelling real estate offerings and building lasting relationships.


Understanding Client Needs:
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.


Deal Management:

Oversee the preparation and approval of essential documents, such as purchase agreements and lease contracts, ensuring a smooth and legally sound transaction process.


Deal Closure:

Coordinate the seamless closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documents are signed and payments are received on time.


Property Viewings:
Facilitate property viewings for potential buyers, presenting properties in their best light to help close deals successfully.


Intermediary Role:

Act as a liaison between property sellers and prospective buyers, utilizing your negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial property transactions.


Reporting:

Provide regular reports to company management, detailing sales operations and generated returns, leveraging CRM systems to maintain accurate records.


Market Monitoring:
Stay informed about market trends and identify potential leads within the property market, converting them into successful deals.


Client Relationship Management:
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring a solid foundation for discussing future business prospects.


Professional Development:
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to enhance your industry knowledge and expand your professional network. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree (Appreciated if in a relevant field).
