Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing individual department requirements.
  • Configuring software to meet the required solution design.
  • Developing training materials and training the staff in the use of the configured solution.
  • Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Providing ongoing support following go live
  • Minimum 2 years of relvent experence in consultancy firm is MUST
