• A retail fitter is responsible for ensuring that the layout and design of a store are optimized for sales and customer experience. They work closely with store managers, visual merchandisers, and other members of the retail team to develop and implement the store's layout plan, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively, and that customers can easily navigate the store.
• Support of Planning and execution product launches (promotions)
• Work with Marketing & Communications to ensure all activities align with existing brand guidelines & store layout
• Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, store managers, visual merchandisers, and other members of the retail team to ensure that the store's design and layout meets expectation.
• Problem Solving: Must be able to identify and solve problems related to the store's layout and design
• Safety: Must ensure that all installations and fixtures meet safety standards and regulations
• Overall, the role of a retail fitter is critical in creating an environment that maximizes sales and enhances the customer experience. The position requires a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and an understanding of design and layout principles.
• The job will require the person to be multitasking.
• Must have own car and valid UAE driving license.
• A bilingual person would be preferred.
