Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, including bartenders, barbacks, and servers.
  • Train new staff members on bar procedures, drink recipes, and customer service standards.
  • Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate service.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to enhance the overall guest experience.

Beverage Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all beverages, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers as needed to ensure adequate supply.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and minimize waste.

Bar Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of the bar area, including cleanliness and organization.
  • Enforce safety and hygiene standards to create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Sales and Promotion:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue, such as creating signature cocktails or promoting special events.
  • Upsell premium beverages and encourage guests to try new offerings

Pay:
From AED5,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Supervisory: 1 year (required)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (required)
