Penspen's dynamic MEA region are looking for a Head of PMC Service Line (SL) who has overall responsibility for the delivery of the regional PMC/PMS services.


  • Overall minimum 25 years of experience in Oil and Gas and Energy industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility either on project or business level.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery of PMC/PMS services.
  • Minimum 5 years of GCC PMC/PMS experience at Project Head level.
This role includes continued development of the team and systems as well as oversight of PMC and PMS activities.

The Head of PMC Service Line is a member of both regional leadership and executive leadership teams.

The role also provides support with Regional Client engagement and delivering our regional PMC/PMS sales strategy for the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Leading Business:_
  • Significant range of fundamental principles and complex techniques across a wide and often unpredictable variety of contexts. Wide scope for personal autonomy. Significant responsibility for the work of others and allocation of substantial resources._
  • Responsible for the delivery of the annual MEA Region Service Line budget targets: revenue, gross margin, contribution, EBITDA, operating profit, and positive cash flow.
  • Responsible for the MEA Region PMC/PMS Service Line budget and business plan process in collaboration with the MEA Region Leadership Team.
  • Provide regular internal communications on the performance of the SL and updates to all Region staff in collaboration with the MEA Region Leadership Team.
  • Resolve together with the East EVP and MEA Region Leadership Team any performance issues within the region that may impact the ability to achieve the business plan objectives.
  • Managing the team in the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients in the MEA Region:
  • Regularly assess delivery performance with the delivery teams and identify corrective actions.
  • Act on client feedback on project delivery to identify issues and support the resolution of the same to maximize gross margin and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all our PMC/PMS projects are delivered as per our contractual commitments.
  • Ensures correct and timely invoicing for PMC/PMS services to the clients, timely payment as per contract and financial close out with appropriate feedback.
  • Proactive management of Service Line overhead cost as per the budget target.
  • Support the EVP in corporate governance of Penspen entities in the MEA Region, to include effective regional risk reporting, risk management and decisionmaking.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support regional business needs.
  • Provide appropriate input to proposals and prequalifications.
