- Create a funnel of futureincubation ideas to develop and commercialise by linking newinitiatives with Auto 3 years strategy across brands andmarkets
- Assist in continuous incubationideation process to formulate new business concepts with DepartmentHeads and Brand MDs to prioritize the strategic projectroadmap
- Evaluate the initial market potentialof the defined ideas
- Develop incubationprojects vision through workshops and strategymeetings
- Prepare the business cases to achievethe sign-off for the projects
- Work on tailormade auto agile processes to accelerate each of the developmentphases - exploration, validation, and execution
- Manage project budgetmanagement
- Implement portfolio dashboards totrack progress
- Work with purchasing and financeto procure project team and market data requirements
- Collaborate with businessstakeholders to define the roadmap and corresponding go-to-marketstrategies
- Engage with the internal andexternal technology experts to determine the best implementationmethods and guide them to deliver the most valuable outcomespossible
- Supervise and advise the scrum team toensure they understand the vision and strategy in sprint planning,daily stand-up meetings, reviews, andretrospectives
- Engage internal/external marketand customer intelligence experts to provide domestic andinternational market and customer insights to create customerpropositions
- Program and project management ofpriority and complexinitiatives.
