For More Top Organization Jobs Click HereTechnical Manager is responsible for providing engineering, technical and product support to the Projects Team and Sales groups across the region with the aim to ensure best valued engineered solutions, standardization and quality outcomes are achieved.

The role is responsible for driving engineering & technical excellence on all UC, contact centers and conferencing Projects with best practice engineering discipline into the process whilst ensuring compliance with agreed procedures and methodology.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all engineering activity for all UC, contact centers and conferencing projects across the regionEstablish and maintain high standards of performance to maximise the team's ability to meet business goals and objectivesProvide Training, coaching, mentoring and linkage for the Implementation Team consisting of Lead Engineers, Project Engineers and Commissioning Engineers to drive best practice within the locationWork with Engineering Leader and be responsible for identifying location training needs and development and delivery of tailored technical training courses to improve engineering and product knowledge and capability of the Implementation Team


Job Requirements:
Engineering Degree qualificationsChartered or Professional Engineer status is desirableMinimum 8 to 10 years engineering related experienceHighest level of certifications on the products/solutions
