Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, and provide guidance and training as needed.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
Collaborate with the management team to develop menus, plan special events, and implement costsaving measures.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, and coordinate repairs or maintenance as required.
Manage scheduling, including assigning shifts and coordinating time off requests.
Address any issues or concerns raised by staff members and work to resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new ideas into kitchen operations when appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role in a fastpaced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Certification in food safety and sanitation preferred.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
