What You'll be Doing:

• Demonstrated experience in project design, development, and construction.
• Assist with the preparation, and complete of design and construction documents.
• Assist with development of project specifications.
• Participation in project meetings.
• Assisting with preparation of client presentations.
• Preparation of plans, design studies and drawings.
• Assisting with preparation of site analysis and conduct technical research.
• Identifying and escalating project and client issues in a timely manner.
• Study and become familiar with Abu Dhabi design standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design process, ensuring that each stage, from preconcept to detailed design, is crafted to meet our high standards.
• Develop and present captivating design and planting schemes that contribute to the sustainability and visual appeal of our projects.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and bills of quantities (BOQ) to support project documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and consultants.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Possess a relevant qualification in Landscape Architecture, demonstrating a solid educational background.
• Showcase excellent graphic and sketching skills.
• Exhibit good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong time management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and multitasking efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Display exceptional organizational skills, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
• Embrace a commitment to continuous professional development, staying uptodate with the latest industry trends and advancements.
• Demonstrate expertise and passion for sustainability and sustainable design practices, contributing to our mission of creating environmentally conscious developments.

Proficiency in the following software is essential:

• Hand sketching.
• AutoCAD for accurate and precise drawings.
• Revit (preferred but not essential)
• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• 3D modeling and rendering software such as Sketchup and Lumion.

Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi (required)

• Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
