Our client a top financialinstitution is seeking Business Analysts to support their Fintechteam.

Responsibilities:

To assist the manager to manage projectimplementation/consultation
Conduct market research and perform feasibility study for new ITinitiatives
Conduct businessanalysis on AS-IS model and outline the TO-BE model tousers
Coordinate and manageproject development, implementation, testing and business resultdelivery
To ensure major projectactivities and deliverables adhere to the Bank s guidelines andpolicies

Requirements

Requirements:

University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, ManagementInformation Systems, Computer Science or relateddisciplines
Minimum 2 yearsexperience as Business Analyst
Tracked record in implementing IT solution on digitaltransformation/ operation/ compliance ispreferred
Sound projectmanagement, analytical, presentation, documentation and reportwriting skills
A good team playerand able to work under pressure and tightschedules
Good command of bothwritten and spoken English andChinese
Candidate with moreexperience will be considered as Senior BusinessAnalyst
