    The Marketing Director plays a critical role in developing and executing communication strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to government and military audiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Communications Planning: Develop comprehensive communication strategies for government and military audiences, aligning with company objectives and defense industry priorities.
    • Government Relations: Cultivate relationships with government agencies, defense ministries, and military organizations to understand their needs, priorities, and procurement processes.
    • Marketing Campaigns: Lead marketing campaigns targeting government and military audiences, highlighting products, services, and technological advancements in the defense sector.
    • Trade Shows and Exhibitions: Plan and coordinate the company's participation in defense industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
    • Content Development: Create compelling content tailored to government and military audiences, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
    • Media and Public Relations: Manage media relations and public relations efforts targeting government and military media outlets.
    • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and ethical standards governing communications and marketing activities in the defense industry.
    • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts.

    • Strong understanding of defense industry trends, procurement cycles, and stakeholder environments.
    • Experience working in a classified or secure environment is a plus.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite.
