Job summary
We are seeking a Horizon Club Officer to join our team at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will deliver personalized luxury service by managing both guest reception and F&B service within the Club Lounge.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Horizon Club guests and assist with lounge check-in/check-out processes
- Provide high-quality food and beverage service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails
- Maintain lounge presentation, cleanliness, and luxury ambiance in line with brand standards
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Handle billing reservations administrative tasks accurately while ensuring guest satisfaction
About You
- A good knowledge of front office procedures and food & beverage service standards is required/li>A strong communication skillset is needed to engage effectively with VIP executive guests/li>Detailed-oriented individuals who can maintain presentation consistency throughout their shifts are ideal candidates for this role/li>This position requires a proactive reliable individual who commits to delivering exceptional luxury experiences.
