    Job Description:

    We arecurrently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role ofCashier/Administrative Assistant at our Dermatology Clinic. Thisposition requires a combination of cashiering responsibilities andadministrative support to ensure the efficient operation of ourclinic.

    Responsibilities:

    • Processpayments for services rendered including cash credit/debit cardsand insurance payments.
    • Maintain accuraterecords of transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end ofeach shift.
    • Assist with administrative taskssuch as filing data entry and managing patientrecords.
    • Collaborate with clinic staff tocoordinate patient care and ensure a positive patientexperience.

    Requirements:

    • Collegediploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in acashier or administrative role preferably in a healthcaresetting.
    • Excellent communication and customerservice skills.
    • Strong attention to detail andability to multitask in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Proficiency in computer skillsincluding MS Office and electronic medical records (EMR)systems.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology andinsurance procedures is aplus.
