Develop a sales strategy and required to mentor, manage and motivate inside sales team in West Java areas to achieve organizational sales goals and revenuesDevelop new business opportunities and grow sales with new market penetrationHandling and resolving customer complaint regarding a product or serviceClose collaboration and maintain communications between sales, marketing, supply chain, after sales and other personnel as well as customer and supplierClose cooperation with key information owners in ecommerce channels


Requirements:
Bachelor's DegreeProven experience in all aspect of planning and implementing sales strategyStrong analytical skill to identify trends and sales patternsStrong communication ability (both written and spoken)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
