JD - Real Estate Sales Manager

Role Description


  • Excellent in offplan and secondary sales with UAE experience.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property values of projects in Dubai
  • Demonstrated sales record.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, and ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the senior management, and provide recommendations for improvement and growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to ensure they are achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Hire and train new property consultants and grow the secondary team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams, think creatively and work independently


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of driving sales in a highly competitive market
  • Strong communication skills (multi language speaker is an advantage)
