    The Role
    The Property Consultant will beresponsible for providing exceptional real estate services toclients in the UAE market.

    They will be expected to have a thoroughunderstanding of the local real estate market and be able to offerexpert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of the buyingselling and leasing process.

    The Property Consultant will be aseasoned professional with a proven track record of success in theindustry and will be expected to be a strong communicatornegotiator and problemsolver with a deep understanding of theunique real estate dynamics in UAE.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop andmaintain a network of clients and customers in the UAE marketincluding potential buyers sellers landlords and tenants. Conductmarket research to stay uptodate on local real estate trendsproperty values and market conditions.

    Provide expert advice andguidance to clients on all aspects of the real estate transactionprocess including property listings negotiations inspections andclosing.

    Develop and implement successful marketing strategies toeffectively promote properties to potential buyers and tenantsNegotiate and close real estate transactions including sales leasesand rental agreements.

    Maintain accurate and complete records ofall real estate transactions including listings offers contractsand closing documents.

    Collaborate with other real estateprofessionals such as lenders inspectors and attorneys to ensure asmooth and successful transaction process for clients.

    Build andmaintain a strong reputation for professional and ethical realestate practices and represent RE/MAX positively and professionally

    Requirements

    Requirements: A bachelors degree inbusiness real estate or a related field is preferred. A minimum of3 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing. A currentreal estate license and good standing with real estate regulatoryauthority; UAE driving license Strong knowledge of local realestate market conditions property values and real estateregulations. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonalskills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in usingreal estate technology such as CRM systems property portals andmarketing tools.
