    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set CASA targets for the sales teams and monitor their achievement to ensure that sales targets for the assigned business are met.
    • Achieve Cross selling targets of non assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.
    • Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance to enhance sales volumes.
    • Create and build product awareness amongst the team members through mailers, events etc. to prospect business
    • Manage key accounts to ensure superior service and customer loyalty
    • Supervise sales team by tracking their performance and make recommendations for improving their competence and productivity.
