Requirements:


  • Must have a valid UAE Drivers license or equivalent
  • Able to demonstrate a strong use of negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management is necessary
- comfortable in a social environment

  • Must be able to use initiative and work independently
  • Outstanding and effective communication skills
- present as a professional with a confident demeanour


Preferred:


  • RERA Certified is a bonus but not a must.
  • Experience in Real Estate overseas or in the UAE.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability
  • Evaluate the requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs
  • Offer clients recommendations and advice when choosing appropriate properties to invest in
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Commit to achieving sales targets
  • Specialise in assisting investors and buyers, to help them make appropriate decisions regarding property purchases
  • Update Sellers and Landlords about the current Real Estate market
  • Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability
  • Organising and implementing the listing of properties online and orchestrate the desired photography.
