  • Salary range - aed 8-10k
2. ⁠start date - 1March 2024

3. ⁠working hours 9am-6pm Mon-Fri ( but will need to be available for emergencies)

4. ⁠Responsible for 2 staff + outsourced service providers

Job brief

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations.

What is an operations manager?

The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.

The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring inventory and resources and securing compliance.

You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

In collaboration with Finance, the role extends to compliance, efficiency and profitability for the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, costeffective way
  • Together with commercial and finance, drive forecasting for inventory on a weekly basis
  • Document & manage stock movement from ordering from vendor, to warehousing to delivery
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Plan inventory and manage warehouse outsourcing
  • Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality control of inventory and monitor KPIs
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service
  • Manage outsourced vendors

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills

Salary:
AED3, AED11,592.04 per month


Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
