    This is a remoteposition.

    We are expanding ourmarketing team and looking for a demand and lead gen marketer tojoin us.


    You will work directly with theMarketing Head and the Chief Business Officer to lead variousdemand and lead gen initiatives. This includes collaborating acrossmultiple teams internally and externally to get the work done andreach our tasks.


    Responsibilities

    In yourday-to-day, you will focus on the following activities:

    • Generate demand and leads byleveraging various digital campaigns, including but not limited toemail, LinkedIn, advertising, andmore.
    • Personalize campaigns and journeysby gathering intelligence through secondary research on industries,accounts, andcontacts.
    • Manage a set list of campaigns fromawareness to post-sale that includes: requesting and receivingcampaign launch materials from internal clients, performing QAtasks of assets, creating landing pages, ensuring proper targeting,and executing against custom rules andtemplates.
    • Rely on data and execute short- andlong-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the globalsales pipeline.
    • Build target account and contactlists based on relevant segments, ICP, and buyer persona leveragingexisting tools.
    • Drive awareness and customerrelationships by building intelligence-driven narratives. Engagethe existing prospects via focused brandcampaigns.
    • Develop customer personas and knowtheir buyingpreferences.
    • Lead A/B testing strategies andexecution across allchannels
    • Optimise campaigns based onperformance and feedback from our sales and BD team
    • Measure, analyse, and report on theimpact of awareness, lead generation and nurturing campaigns on themarketing and salespipeline.

    Qualificationsand Experience

    • 2-4 years of experience acrossdemand generation marketing, and lead generation, especially in aB2B IT Services or SaaSbusiness.
    • Education in Marketing,Communications, English, or IT from a premier institute (good tohave but not a dealbreaker).

    Skillsetand prior experience required

    • Extensive hands-onexperience in running B2B marketing campaigns across variouschannels - email, content syndication, paid search, events,retargeting, and more.
    • Understanding of buying andevaluation process in B2B organisations for ITservices.
    • Understanding marketing nuances likeinbound, account-based marketing, deal-based intelligence, andcustomisation.
    • Demonstrated experience in creatingcampaigns based on intelligence andintent.
    • Creating marketing assets such as adposts and emailtemplates.
    • Good understanding of marketingautomation systems, lead scoring, and attribution. (tools likeApollo, Active Campaign, Freshsales, and more)
    • Experience running detailed campaignreporting involving multiple touchpoints andchannels
    • Working knowledge of GoogleAnalytics and Google Data suite
    • Problem solver with a growth hackingmentality
    • Strong organisation, verbal, andwritten communication skillsessential
    • Team player: organising and managingmultiple stakeholders within thebusiness
