The Human Resource Manager for our Real Estate Development company is a crucial role responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and talent management.

This position plays a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

The Human Resource Manager will collaborate with various departments to create a positive work culture that fosters employee growth and supports the company's overall strategic objectives.


Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Partner with relevant team managers to understand their workforce needs and provide guidance on the selection process.
  • Expertly use social media platforms to discover& connect with talented personnel with a view to boast company recruitment process.

Employee Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Design and implement an efficient onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with the company's culture, policies, and expectations.
  • Ensure all required documentation and legal forms are completed accurately during the onboarding process.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated queries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct investigations and provide resolutions for employee relations matters in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Support employee development through training, coaching, and career growth opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness, coordinating with payroll providers as needed.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs for employees and managers.
  • Support professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent development.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current legal standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance.

HR Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate HR reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and make datadriven recommendations to management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees and managers.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
