Description
Preferably Female with experience in the trading company

To provide administrative support to the sales team leader, sales manager, and other sales staff.

Respond efficiently to enquiries and provide accurate and appropriate information on timely basis

Participate in marketing efforts and represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers via visits, meetings.

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends

Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions


To take messages and call back information as required and ensure that all enquiries are effectively dealt with to a satisfactory conclusion.

Deal with customer's complaints and issues conscientiously and with positive result

Manage to prepare the Performa Invoice.

Perform other task as assigned by Business Development Manager


Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Administrative Sales Coordinator: 3 years (required)
