Charterhouse is working with an established hospitality group, who are looking to hire a Group Beverage Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Beverage Director, this role will help develop the group's beverage strategy and vision.

The Group Beverage Manager will be to oversee the day-to-day management of the beverage function across multiple brands and locations, a diverse portfolio of licensed and unlicensed venues from casual dining through to premium high end.

In addition, this role will also handle the audits, cost control, inventory and suppliers, whilst also supporting the Beverage Director in the development of new products, ensuring the brands and venues remain current and innovative with their offerings.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have at least 6 years' experience within bar/beverage operations, with a minimum of 2 years multi concept/unit. UAE licensed venue experience is essential, coffee experience would be of added value.

The ideal candidate will hold their WSET Lvl 3 or higher and a spirits certification. Due to the scope of this role, a drivers license is essential. Our client is looking for a proactive, go getter who is keen to grow and support the company with there extensive growth plans.
