1. To assist the management in writing HR policies and procedures- To ensure Job descriptions are update and complying with by all employees.
- Investigate Employees' issues and conflict and bring them to resolution.
- Ensure the organisation's compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Ensure all company's policies are applied consistently.
- Develop training materials and performance management programme to help employees understand their job responsibility.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- To collect, analyse and present HR metrics to management for decision making.
Salary:
AED8, AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras alKhaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
