    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Education, PGCE, or equivalent
    Extensive experience with the British curriculum
    KHDA inspection experience (essential)
    Proven track record of strong outcomes at KS3 and KS4
    Previous Head of Year / Head of Department experience
    Essential Skills
    Deep understanding of teaching and learning, curriculum development, and driving student outcomes
    Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and parents
    Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team of secondary educators
    Data-driven approach to monitoring and improving academic performance
    Commitment to collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
    Experience in managing curriculum delivery, assessment, and quality assurance
    Strong organizational and time-management skills
    Dedication to upholding the highest standards of teaching, professionalism, and pastoral care
    Understanding of regulatory requirements and school inspection frameworks in Dubai
    Passion for creating a positive, inclusive school culture that supports all learners
    Safeguarding Skills and Qualities Required for International Teachers
    A thorough understanding of child protection policies and procedures
    Vigilance in identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns
