    JobSummary:

    The Senior Consultantwill play a crucial role in strategically planning and implementingthe transformation project. This position necessitates a mix ofskills in project management financial analysis and operationaleffectiveness. The successful candidate will guide the developmentof project management documents aid in the acquisition phasecontribute to the transformation and handover process and ensurethat financial and operational objectives are met with the higheststandards of governance.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assistin the creation of detailed project management plans includingclear objectives milestones budgeting and resourceallocation.
    • Play a critical role in thestrategic acquisition phase bringing expertise in market analysisdue diligence and integration strategies to ensure successfuloutcomes.
    • Provide consultancy during thetransformation phase to efficiently achieve projectgoals.
    • Oversee key aspects of the handoverprocess ensuring compliance with project specifications and meetingstakeholder expectations.
    • Lead financialanalysis efforts to secure the projects economic viability andadhere to budgetary constraints.
    • Ensure allproject activities are conducted with the highest standards ofethics and governance.
    • Drive the implementationof operational best practices to align project execution withstrategic objectives and deliver exceptionalresults.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Project Management Engineering or a relatedfield. Relevant professional certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) ishighly desirable
    • Minimum 810 years ofexperience in project management with at least 5 years focused onmanaging largescale projects.
    • Extensiveexperience in consultancy or project management with a proven trackrecord of success in managing largescale projects.
    • Strong strategic planning financial analysisand operational optimization skills.
    • Excellentleadership communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Comprehensive understanding of governance riskmanagement and compliance (GRC)principles.
