Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:


  • Drive outdoor sales activities for veneer products within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide comprehensive product information and guidance to clients to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Market Analysis:


  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the veneer industry.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing department on market demands and potential growth areas.

Sales Reporting:


  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

Product Knowledge:


  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients and internal staff.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:


  • Skillfully negotiate with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Close sales transactions efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Travel and Relationship Building:


  • Travel within the GCC region to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in networking activities.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in outdoor sales of veneer products in the GCC region.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsdriven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Salary:
AED8, AED9,800.00 per month
