Create and implement career development plans and programs.

Develop annual training plan in line with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) resultsManage the training program review processManage and follow up with the training providers and maintain a database of curriculum, materials, and personnel training records.

Manage the end-to-end annual performance appraisals processSuccession planningIdentify and define the critical roles within the business and how to fill gaps in a timely fashionIdentification of high potential employees, to ensure employee potential is managed successfully.
