Description

Responsible for overseeing the team, develop the reporting framework and templates, develop Health and Safety guidelines, maintain a strong relationship with the clients.

• Develop reporting frameworks to ensure actionable insights are provided to the management
• Develop the Health and Safety guidelines to comply with local regulations
• Projects management

• Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
• Manage first level escalation from contractors to reduce day to day
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
• Provide onsite leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

• Lead the Project Management team responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports
• Set objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issues
• Ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programs
• Embed culture and vision XYZ DESIGNERS by rolemodelling organizational behaviours through performance management, feedback and coaching

• Bachelors Degree in architecture, Civil Engineering or related field

• PMP or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate strong planning and organization skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Strong Stake Holder Management skills, both Internal and
• External Stakeholder
• Fluent in Business English
• Discipline specific professional registration
• PMI, ICE, RICS
• Experience in Dubai, working specifically with Dubai bodies e.g.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
