    1.Key responsibility is to fulfill andachieve annual budget objective through clear and effective huntingand farming strategies.

    2.Understands keycustomer needs and industry trends, competition, technology, etc.,for Smart-Living and work together with Product &Partnership Team to ensure Etisalat is on its competitive edge andahead of competitors in the business.

    3.Owns,manages, and grows healthy pipeline of Smart-Living sales and thevendor partnerships to generate value and opportunities forEtisalat in the most effective and profitablemanner.

    4.Identifies competitive and alternativeofferings in the market.

    5.Dynamic and agile insales and marketing strategy execution with flexible tactical movesto achieve target.

    6.Understands the marketsdynamics, key players, value chain, and businessmodels.

    7.Understands UAE regulatory and legalframeworks and fully align all relevant business practice toguarantee full compliance.

    8.Collaborates withmarketing communications to develop product positioning andmessaging that resonate with our target buyerpersonas.

    9.Change-management in deliveringcapabilities that may be required by executional teams (e.g. PD,IT, engineering, CCC, finance,collection).

    10.Identifies opportunities,analyses business benefit, evaluates ROI, and priorities andnegotiate initiatives to developroadmap.

    11.Leads ideation, design, andimplementation of the Smart Living propositions andofferings.

    12.Manages all policies, proceduresand guidelines for Smart Living business development, and monitorsand supervises their implementation.

    13.Obtainsmarket share by developing marketing plans and Go-to-Marketprograms for each product and directing promotionalsupport.

    14.Maintains ongoing dialogue with thesenior directors, to provide periodic updates for operationalperformance and achievement of key strategic and financialtargets.

    15.Prepares and uses effective andorganized communication with top management (CXO level) to driveawareness, alignment, engagement and support for theinitiatives.

    16.Conducts Cost-Benefit / ROIAnalysis: Performs an objective analysis of potential productopportunities to provide a basis for investment. Articulatesresearch findings and quantifies risk, including a financial modelwith sales and cost projections.

    17.Performs anyother related duties asrequired.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor'sDegree in Marketing, Business Administration orEngineering.
