Looking for a Real Estate Agent is a licensed professional who helps clients buy, sell or rent properties. They act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, and provide expert advice on the local real estate market.

The Real Estate Agent's primary responsibility is to ensure that their clients' transactions are conducted smoothly and efficiently, and that they achieve the best possible outcome.

Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers and other documents to clients
Negotiate prices and terms on behalf of clients
Promote properties through advertising, listing services, open houses and other means
Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in the real estate industry
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your client base
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications


Qualifications
Active Real Estate Agent License
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Minimum 2 years' experience (mandatory)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
Familiarity with real estate software and tools
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, but not required
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

It is a strictly commission based job. We are offering 70% COMMISSION.


Location:

Office 801, Sama Building, Al Barsha 1, Near Grand Barsha Market, Dubai.


Salary:
AED2, AED20,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Real Estate Sales: 2 years (required)


Language:

• Arabic (preferred)
• Russian (preferred)
• German (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (preferred)
