Intelligent Care is actively recruiting for the role of
Medical Laboratory Sales Executive for its Dubai licensed medical laboratory, INTEL LAB.

About us

INTEL LAB is the Medical Laboratory arm of a prominent Healthcare Group and one of the Intelligent Care Group Brands (Intel Lab, Intelligent Care).

Our company is the holder of one of the first Medical Laboratory licenses in Dubai (since 2002) by DHA and for the past years one of the most serious contenders in the Medical Laboratory landscape of UAE.

We operate a full specialty laboratory (incl. molecular, hematology, immunology, chemistry divisions) covering over 600 unique tests, servicing a network of over 70 medical facilities and we are empaneled with UAE's most prominent Insurance networks.

Our Laboratory is a key innovator in the design and launch of advanced laboratory packages and solutions while ensuring the highest levels of speed and clinical compliance; we run over 50,000 molecular, 300,000 immunoassay and 400,000 chemistry tests annually which puts us in the top-10 providers in volume in Dubai.

Our core leadership team has a proven and successful track-record in our field of expertise in the UAE, Middle East and Africa that spans over decades.

We are considering profiles with the following qualifications:

• Proven 4-6 years' experience in similar role for a licensed Medical Laboratory in Dubai and/or the northern Emirates,
• Tangible salesrecord in working with licensed medical providers using reference laboratories,
• Solid experience in Dubai insurance formalities,
• Ability to demonstrate a robust network of contacts within hospitals, clinics, referring physicians, insurances and HSE management of corporates.
• Clinical experience and education in our field of services is a plus.
• Setting out objectives strategy - design and obtain approval for a list of sales initiatives along with the direct manager,
• Leads origination - originate initial contact with its proprietary contacts network and follow up generating leads on targets,
• Contract Formalities - own and update our contracts templates based on the unique client circumstances, ensuring full documents compliance and follow our contracting process until contract signing and approval,
• Pricing strategy - investigate competition status (prices / services) and advice on the cost/benefit impact of pricing while propose deal-closing prices to the direct manager,
• Customer relations - continue servicing all customer requirements along the contract duration coordinating with Laboratory operations team,
• Maintenance of sales pipeline - keep its individual pipeline of contracts / clients and periodically (bi-weekly) update the line manager on the progress,
