As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients via phone to promote our forex trading services and products.

You will play a vital role in driving customer engagement, building relationships, and generating leads for our forex trading platform.

Your communication skills and ability to establish rapport over the phone will be essential in achieving sales targets and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in forex trading or have been identified as potential leads.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a strong understanding of our forex trading products, services, and benefits to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Client Education:
Provide basic education to potential clients about forex trading, explaining concepts, risks, and potential rewards.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.

Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering during phone conversations.

Cold Calling:

Reach out to individuals who may not have shown prior interest, introducing them to our forex trading services and capturing their interest.

Conduct follow-up calls with potential leads to address any questions, provide additional information, and encourage further engagement.

Data Management:
Accurately record client information, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to enhance your ability to engage potential clients.

AED4, AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
