Job Purpose:

This position is responsible to deliver performance across Meeting Point Service Delivery, In-Destination Sales and all Guest-facing activities.

The scope of the role is Reservations & bookings, Operations planning, Service delivery, In-destination sales, Quality control, Customer feedback and Emergency response.

This role is responsible to plan, supervise and control the DMC's operations in order to maximize operating capabilities and employ strategies to maximize Guest satisfaction, including using functional expertise to make strategic recommendations for operational improvement.


Main Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Handson leadership of the entire daytoday operations work and indestination guest services including service delivery, reservations, indestination sales, transfers & transportation
  • Measure effectiveness, efficiency and profitability of operational processes both internally and externally and delivers process improvement
  • Ensure activities comply with the organizational requirements for quality and safety, including handling crisis management situations
  • Ensure high level of guest experience through that brand exposure, colleague training, uniforms and service levels
  • Analyse guest feedback to identify service recovery and potential process improvement
  • Plan, develop and execute strategies for maximizing indestination sales
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
  • Train, motivate, coach, develop and manage direct reports
  • Contribute to the formulation of annual budgets. Accountable to achieve Operations budget.

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree with preferably a postgraduate qualification
  • At least 12 years of experience in a relevant industry, including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
