Job Title :
BID COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Commercial Director and Tender Managers & Senior Estimators in drafting proposals, request for information, and other necessary letters for Tender / Bid.
  • Solid understanding of bid writing, design, and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects; Can analyze and present data for purposes of evaluation and decisionmaking.
  • Update and manage Client's E-Procurement Portal accounts. Actively oversee the efficient and compliant execution of all tendering activities in accordance with public procurement standards and regulations and track their status and execution ensuring alignment to project deadlines.
  • Update schedule for management information e.g. Marketing Enquiries, Tender Enquiries
  • Keep track of calendar deadlines (submissions, meetings, site visits, etc.)
  • Supervises the tender's process from the prequalification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out.
  • Prepares evaluation reports and other corresponding documents in accordance with standard templates for approval and signoff.
  • Coordinate with the subcontractors and suppliers for prices inquiries.
  • Email prices inquiries and Followup quotations
  • General Assistance to Estimation Team

Document Control:
receive, file, track, and distribute all documents. Secure information by completing database backups. Bid creation and management

  • Collates and ensures proper documentation within the tendering and contract process.
  • Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ MEP/ Architectural Engineer
  • Proficiency in using all aspects of Microsoft Office Essential
  • Well versed in Adobe InDesign
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with an engineering consultant or architectural design firm
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good relationship builders (internal and external)
  • Collaborative personality

Salary Package:


  • AED 8,000 per month + Medical Insurance

Pay:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
