Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Civil Inspector to join our team In this role you will get to
perform difficult and sometimes complex inspection tasks, Inspect various facets of work on the jobsite and perform continuous surveillance of assigned inspection activities.



What You'll Be Doing:


  • Interfaces with client and contractor's staff to determine and verify project requirements.
  • Demolition of transportation facilities (roads, streets, bridges etc.)
  • Construction of roads, bridges, and other associated improvements (curb and gutter, street, sidewalk, landscaping).
  • Prepares inspection reports and site records.
  • Performs civil and structural tests, such as soil compaction, moisture content, aggregation, graduation, concrete slump, air entrainment, concrete compression, lines and grades surveys, bolt torques and concrete coring.
  • Provides general inspection on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
  • Verifies equipment alignment and balancing operations.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:


  • Diploma degree or Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering discipline or construction related field
  • Minimum work experience of 3+ years for engineering degree and 5+ years for technical Diploma holders in inspection of roads and utilities construction works.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications and be thoroughly familiar with construction related processes related to area of assignment.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Proficiency with basic computer usage, Microsoft Office, Project Management Software.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:


  • Recent experience in Infrastructure works in UAE will be added advantage.
