Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager at Westinghouse LVMV, your primary responsibilities will include:1.


Developing and Executing Sales Strategies:
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure consistent growth.

Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:
Cultivate strong relationships with a wide range of customers, including electrical contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users.

3.


Identifying Customer Needs:
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions to address their specific needs.

4.


Technical Presentations:
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value of Westinghouse LVMV solutions.

5.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and the successful execution of sales strategies.

6.


Local Industry Knowledge:
Stay informed about local industry trends and product developments to remain competitive in the market.

7.


Daily Reporting:
Keep accurate records of daily customer visits, including reporting on leads generated and deals closed. Provide regular updates on progress toward closing targets.

8.


Lead Generation:
Continuously seek new leads and opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of the company.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in sales here in the United Arab Emirates in the same field
  • Strong technical knowledge of Medium Voltage/Low Voltage switchgear and components.
  • A valid local driving license.
  • A degree or diploma in electrical engineering.
  • A robust network and contacts with consultants, contractors, panel builders, and other OEM manufacturers for generating orders.

Experience:

- sales: 5 years (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Dubai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
