Description

Responsibilities are:

  • Preparing schedules for cleaners' daily works
  • Dispatching the cleaners' schedule to the assigned drivers as per the designated zones
  • Coordinating between drivers and cleaners, as well as, the clients regarding their bookings
  • Focusing on daily sales target
  • Data entry on a daily basis and maintaining the books
  • Tracking operational costs toward maintaining profitmargins
  • Analyzing and maintaining operational data, and monitoring product inventories
  • Bringing in and retain new clients and making new business collaboration (developing new database whilst negotiating and closing deals)
  • Following up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

Must haves:

  • Excellent English


  • Strong computer knowledge

  • MS Office, Outlook, CRM Software
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales and telemarketing in Cleaning Service/Technical Service/Contractor Companies/Real Estate in the UAE
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work alone and unsupervised

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

- office administration: 2 years (required)


Language:


  • Tagalog (required)
