Description
Community Management Assistant duties include but not limited to the below:Extreme knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter and YouTube
Focus on growing and maintaining the multi-brand online community of followers
Facilitate and engage in online conversations with customers٫ including responding to queries or questions
Keep track of the latest social media trends and monitor the conversations happening in relevant communities
Knowledge of running online competitions
Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Attention to detail, highly organized & quick learner
Excellent communication and people skills
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PPT and Word)
English speaking, reading and writing (Arabic is a plus), but not mandatory)
Able to work in a high paced environment
Flexible work timings (Nights and weekends included)
Team player
Reliable
Self-starter
