Description
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable entries.
- Organize and manage financial documents, invoices, receipts, and other relevant paperwork.
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, according to
- UAE and international accounting standards.
- Generate regular financial reports and analyses to provide insights into the organization's financial performance.
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and requirements, including VAT (Value Added Tax) filings and other relevant tax obligations.
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and supporting documentation.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance indicators to provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in making informed financial decisions based on analysis results.
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Assist with the preparation of financial documentation and support during internal and external audits.
- Address auditor inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to manage financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are often preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
ERP. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound financial judgments.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and tax compliance is a plus
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting roles or internships.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Abu Dhabi (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
