Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable entries.
  • Organize and manage financial documents, invoices, receipts, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, according to
  • UAE and international accounting standards.
  • Generate regular financial reports and analyses to provide insights into the organization's financial performance.
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and requirements, including VAT (Value Added Tax) filings and other relevant tax obligations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and supporting documentation.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and performance indicators to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Assist in making informed financial decisions based on analysis results.
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Assist with the preparation of financial documentation and support during internal and external audits.
  • Address auditor inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Utilize accounting software and tools to manage financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are often preferred.
  • Familiarity with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software
    ERP.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound financial judgments.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and tax compliance is a plus

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting roles or internships.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Abu Dhabi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
