Description

• Bachelor's Degree in aquantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Math, Computer Science,Data Science, Analytics, or similar)
• 5+ yearsworking experience writing complex SQL queries to perform dataanalysis
• 5+ years of experience in businessintelligence, data analyst, or related quantitativefunctions
• 5+ Experience building measures andmetrics, and developing reporting solutions
• 2+Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python and Excel VBA)and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience writing andoptimizing SQL queries to work with complex/largedatasets
• Proven ability to structure complexanalysis and perform the analysis to driveinsights
• Proficient in visualizing data throughtools like QuickSight, Tableau or similartools
• Proven analytical/problem solving skillsand attention to detail, including the ability to recognizenon-obvious patterns/predictors, with the ability to proposeinsightful hypotheses
• Experience in taking aproject from scoping requirements throughlaunch
• Experience solving business problemsusing statistical, machine learning, or other modelingtechniques.
  

PreferredQualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to enddelivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipexperience
• Experience in stakeholdermanagement, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels ofthe organization
• Experience building processes,project management, andschedules
• Master's or higher degree inan analytical area such as Computer Science, Mathematics,Statistics, Engineering
• Previous experience anddemonstrated track record in project and/or program management, ormanagement consulting roles.
• E-Commerce, Retailexperience preferred.
• Experience workingclosely with product and tech teams developing large scale dataproducts.
• Demonstrated analytical skill inprediction, data validation, and optimizationproblems.
• Experience in theory and practice ofDesign of Experiments and statistical analysis ofresults.
