Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Game operation manager to be Responsible for mobile game product which includes follow up on the operation planning, feature collection, progress management, and risk assessment of each updated version and support the operation team to achieve key objectives. The candidate must have Solid experience in game operations with at least 3 years of experience in one of following aspects: version management, monetization design/operations, or data analysis.

Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Job Description

• As an Operation Project Manager, you will be responsible for a top tier Mobile game product which is in the stable operation period. Your role will include follow up on the operation planning, feature collection, progress management, and risk assessment of each version update, support the operation team to achieve key objectives.
• Lead and execute the main regional distribution strategy for global new titles, Establish Publishing plans and promote new titles according to the game genre and market trends.
• Coordinate new mobile games' operation in the overseas regional market: including coordinate resources from various teams, ensure the advancement of operation, and be fully responsible for the quality and results of product operation.
  
  

Requirements:

• Solid experience in game operations, with at least 3 years of experience in one of following aspects: version management, monetization design/operations, or data analysis.
• Native in Chinese, English as a working language, strong communication and coordination skills.
• Passionate about games, with in Depth Operation experience in more than two game genres.
• Open to relocate and work in overseas office in the Middle East Market
