As a Private Sous Chef, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals according to specific dietary requirements and personal preferences.

Responsibilities:

Create personalized menus that align with the client's dietary needs and preferences
Prepare and cook healthy and nutritious meals using fresh, organic ingredients
Ensure that meals are visually appealing, flavorful, and wellpresented
Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless meal service and coordination
Keep track of inventory and place orders for ingredients as needed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all sanitation and hygiene standards
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in healthy cooking

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef, specializing in healthy cuisine
Deep knowledge of nutrition, dietary needs, and healthy cooking techniques
Ability to create personalized menus based on specific dietary requirements and preferences
Strong culinary skills and creativity in developing new and innovative dishes
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and dedication to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a private household setting
