    We are hiring for a leading manufacturerspecializing in trailers mixer trucks cement bulker storage silotruck bodies tanks and tanker cargo bodies. We are currentlyseeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee vehiclemanufacturing modification troubleshooting and cutting operationsat our facility inAjman.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manageand oversee all aspects of vehicle manufacturing modification andassembly processes to ensure efficiency quality and adherence toproduction schedules.
    • Coordinate withengineering design and procurement teams to plan and executeproduction activities according to specifications andrequirements.
    • Supervise and lead a team ofproduction staff including welders fabricators assemblers andtechnicians to achieve production targets and qualitystandards.
    • Implement and enforce safetyprocedures and protocols to maintain a safe and hazardfree workenvironment.
    • Conduct regular inspections andquality checks on manufactured products to identify and address anydefects or issues.
    • Troubleshoot technicalproblems and resolve productionrelated issues in a timely andeffective manner.
    • Monitor and controlproduction costs material usage and labor expenses to optimizeefficiency and profitability.
    • Collaborate withmaintenance and logistics teams to ensure availability of equipmenttools and materials needed for productionoperations.
    • Implement process improvements andlean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and reducewaste.
    • Prepare production reports performancemetrics and analysis to track progress and identify areas forimprovement.

    Requirements:

    • Minimumof 5 years of experience in a production management role preferablyin vehicle manufacturing ormodification.
    • Proven track record of overseeingvehicle assembly modification troubleshooting and cuttingoperations.
    • Strong leadership and managementskills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team ofproduction staff.
    • Indepth knowledge ofmanufacturing processes techniques and best practices in theautomotive or related industry.
    • Familiaritywith quality management systems and standards such as ISO9001.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and theability to make sound decisions underpressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications and production managementsoftware.
    • Effective communication skills withthe ability to interact professionally with internal teams andexternal stakeholders.
    • Bachelors degree orequivalent qualification in Engineering Manufacturing or a relatedfield is preferred.
