- Manageand oversee all aspects of vehicle manufacturing modification andassembly processes to ensure efficiency quality and adherence toproduction schedules.
- Coordinate withengineering design and procurement teams to plan and executeproduction activities according to specifications andrequirements.
- Supervise and lead a team ofproduction staff including welders fabricators assemblers andtechnicians to achieve production targets and qualitystandards.
- Implement and enforce safetyprocedures and protocols to maintain a safe and hazardfree workenvironment.
- Conduct regular inspections andquality checks on manufactured products to identify and address anydefects or issues.
- Troubleshoot technicalproblems and resolve productionrelated issues in a timely andeffective manner.
- Monitor and controlproduction costs material usage and labor expenses to optimizeefficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate withmaintenance and logistics teams to ensure availability of equipmenttools and materials needed for productionoperations.
- Implement process improvements andlean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and reducewaste.
- Prepare production reports performancemetrics and analysis to track progress and identify areas forimprovement.
- Minimumof 5 years of experience in a production management role preferablyin vehicle manufacturing ormodification.
- Proven track record of overseeingvehicle assembly modification troubleshooting and cuttingoperations.
- Strong leadership and managementskills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team ofproduction staff.
- Indepth knowledge ofmanufacturing processes techniques and best practices in theautomotive or related industry.
- Familiaritywith quality management systems and standards such as ISO9001.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and theability to make sound decisions underpressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications and production managementsoftware.
- Effective communication skills withthe ability to interact professionally with internal teams andexternal stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree orequivalent qualification in Engineering Manufacturing or a relatedfield is preferred.
