- Provide professional graphicdesign support across the team
- Work as part ofan integrated team of designers
- Participate inthe full lifecycle of projects, from design brief toproduction
- Think creatively and develop newdesign concepts, graphics and layouts
- Thinkstrategically to ensure cohesive messaging and visualidentity
- Establish, organise and maintaingraphic/document templates and resourcelibraries
- Brief and liaise withprinters
- Assist with creative preparation ofbid/tender submissions
- Must have a minimum of 6 years ofexperience in a senior graphicscapacity
- Excited to help change the course ofcommunities, cities, and nations through design, planning, andinfrastructure
- Exposure to Architecture, UrbanDesign or digital software skills a plus
- Mustbe experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, with ability to power-useand create templates, and automation, and drive innovationespecially in InDesign;
- Experience in preparingproposals, talk decks, signage &diagrams
- Strong listening and communicationskills with people from differentdisciplines
