- Manage all aspects of construction on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to the client's standards and specifications.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in Residential projects, preferably Medium density. (2-5 years ideal)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A commitment to upholding the client's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a trade would be highly regarded.
