Description

We are looking for Call Centre Agents.

Responsibilities
-
Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively. Document these concerns and if necessary, escalate them to the relevant departments for further investigation and resolution. Follow up on escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.

Root Cause Analysis:Analyse customer concerns to identify the underlying causes of issues. Work towards understanding the core problems to provide accurate solutions or escalate complex cases to higher levels of support for expert assistance.

Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including their concerns and the resolutions provided. Use the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document these interactions, ensuring a comprehensive history for future reference.


Requirements:

Educational Background: A degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred. This education can provide a foundation of knowledge and skills relevant to customer service and communication.

Shifts:Be prepared for a 12-hour shift schedule. The workweek may include six working days and one day off on a weekly basis. Flexibility in terms of working hours is essential for this role.
