Experience.
Off-Plan Specialist agent must have strong sales, negotiation, and English communication skills.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Computer.

Responsibilities:

Requires cold calling and fixing appointments with investors and bringing sale. Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, coldcalling, and marketing efforts.
Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on buying and selling real estate.
Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
Stay current with market trends and changes to better serve clients and enhance their experience.
Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.
Evaluate the clients' desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
Assist sellers in how to best promote the properties to attract advantageous offers.
Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc.)
Manage all leads in a CRM system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.
Work at client events of the company and events of partner companies.
